Hi,

Need help with the POLARIS template on 2 sites. If they are offline, use this login to view on the frontend.
username: bsmith
password: south*

http://www.thisluckygirl.com
http://www.trinitytaxlv.com

(let me know if you need super admin access for backend)

When viewed on the iPad, portrait view, the right of the template has a "gap" and does not fit the screen. Please tell me how to make it fit the screen.

Also how do I get the grid gallery to display like your template?

The 5 images you have auto fit for desktop and iPad but mine don't do it.

Hello

This issue appears to be caused by your tweets module as it has a min width which extends out beyond the template wrapper. To resolve could you try increasing the width of your side column in the 'Layout Options' tab of your templates parameters to allow enough space to accommodate your tweets extension.

For the GridGallery try setting the 'Remove Container Padding' of the top-1 modules to 'Yes' in the 'Module Widths' tab of your templates parameters.

Please I need some real help with the grid gallery. Your suggestion of removing the padding from top-1 didn't work.

I want to get the settings that you have in the demo template for the grid gallery.

On the desktop, the 5 icons fit perfectly, then on the iPad they fit perfectly even tho the icons are smaller.

How do I achieve this with http://www.thisluckygirl.com like in your demo of Polaris.

Please let me know if you can fix it instead of giving me one thing at a time to do. I need to complete as soon as possible. Can you help me?

I left the exact settings of the grid gallery when I loaded it, but it is NOT working like your demo. I JUST WANT IT TO WORK LIKE THE DEMO PLEASE. Can you help?

I would like a refund of the POLARIS template if the gap on the right (on the iPad portrait view) cannot be fixed for both of my templates. This is not happening with your other templates. Please give me a solution.

May I suggest sending temporary administration access to your Joomla installation to info@joomla51.com and we will set up your gridgallery as seen on the template demo and look in to the right margin issue. For our reference please paste a link to this post in your email.

Have you made any changes to the templates core files... in particular the templates template.css?

.module_padding { height:100%;  padding:6px 10px;}

If you have made changes to the templates core files could I ask you to allow us access to your template manager as these changes appear to be preventing us from setting up your gridgallery correctly.

Hi Tori

Both your Joomla installation should be now appearing correctly on your iPad. The GridGallery has also been set up as seen on our template demo.

Hello

To amend this issue may I suggest updating your template to the latest version. To do so simply re download your template and install via your Extensions Manager.
