Polaris Template failed to install (error message included)

Hello, I am getting an error on the Polaris template on install, but other templates install perfectly please help.

Here is the error message I receive upon install.

Warning
JInstaller: :Install: File does not exist /homepages/33/d701735131/htdocs/preview/tmp/install_5b4cbda19d992/favicon.ico
Template Install: Could not copy files from the files source.

Are you using the latest download of your template? If so may I suggest sending temporary administration access to your Joomla installation to info@joomla51.com and we will examine this issue further. For our reference please paste a link to this post in your email.
