Polaris - GridGallery

Hi guys, we have recently purchased the Polaris template, and have put the GridGallery module in top1A, showing 5 images, they all line up in position and look fine, but the 'hover over' function is not working? I have added txt to the 'image caption txt' box, and clicked on 'no' for disable caption, but all it does is puts any captions or titles I have added underneath the pictures - any help would be greatly appreciated. You appear to have a very large number of extensions installed which are effecting some elements of your CSS. May I suggest uninstalling any extensions which you are not using and we will take a second look for you.
