Hi Ciaran
I am using Polaris and want just one FULL WIDTH image on the home page. I can do it with the slider by playing with the transition time (100) and slide interval (10,000,000) - works ok on PC but not on an ipad which starts with a blank screen despite there being only one image in 'banners' folder which I am pulling from.

My question - please can you advise me either:

1) Static image - how to get rid of border so is full width
or
2) Slider image - sort it out so that ipad opens with required single image and not start with blank screen

Website is viewable at tricia.cswebmedia.co.uk - would really appreciate it if you could point me in the right direction - thanks a lot.
Kind regards

Hello

Two options here..

1. Duplicate your slideshow image and set the transition to fade. This will make it look like a single image is displayed.

2. Presuming you are using the 'showcase' module position try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters...

#container_slideshow .wrapper960 {
width: 100%;
}

This will extend the width of the showcase module position to 100% allowing you to use a Custom HTML module with a single image.

Thanks Ciaran. I actually had put the custom module in Top 1A and not Showcase :silly:

Once I put it in showcase, it worked. Many thanks for your reply - although I did not use the content, it helped me realise my mistake. Thanks as always for your excellent support.
Kind regards,
