Thank you! It worked!
I couldn't reduce the distance below.
I used a similar code, but the distance is still big. I mean the distance between the module and the Article.

.top-1a .module_surround {
padding-top: 14px !important;
}
.top-1a .module_surround {
padding-bottom: 1px !important;
}

Hello

To amend try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters (Extensions -> Templates -> [YourTemplateStyle] -> Custom CSS)....

.top-1a .module_surround {

    padding-top: 14px !important;

}
