Piano Forte locked out of J51 Slideshow

Hi,

I am locked out of the J51 Slideshow on my website as it is supposedly open by another user. Thing is I am the only user/super user so can't access, I'm also locked out of an article ' Colour Choosers' as well. There have never been any other Users set up on the site, it's a fresh new site.

Do I have to go into the database to fix this, or is there any other way? Also curious as to how this could happen and if it could cause a security issue.

Hi Judy

It sounds like these items just need to be checked in. This can happen if you exit an extension or article by closing the browser window rather than hitting the 'Close' or 'Save & Close' options.

To check in all your items navigate to System -> Global Check-in

Hi Ciarán,

Forgot about that!

What threw me is I have only just started building the site and have the only login. I've never touched the slideshow, or article and couldn't fathom how I could be locked out. Sorted now though, thank you.
