Permission denied

Hi,

I`m trying to edit files on the Renita template but the permission is denied

This is an example of how Filezilla show it:
/opt/bitnami/apps/joomla/htdocs/templates/j51_renita/ .... :permission is denied

I tryed to change file attributes to 777, but again: permission denied, I tryed with another file manager like eXplorer but the same,

I`m running out of ideas... what could be the problem?

Hello

This sounds like a server related issue that most likely could only be resolved by your host administrator. From your Joomla administration, if you navigate to System -> System Information -> Folder Permissions do you notice any issues?

Hi,
yes, it was a problem from the hosting service. It`s my first time using google cloud and it requires more than a basic knowledge... so I`m about to give up with this GCE. Thanks!
