Hi, when I've purchased templates from you in the past, that they're available to download pretty much immediately. I've just purchased your Privilege template and it's not showing in my Downloads, only in my purchase history, and is shown as "pending". Can you help me? Thanks

Hello

Could I ask you to check with your Paypal account to confirm that your payment was sent. Checking your purchase history we do not appear to have received payment for your most recent template order.
