Hi,

I bought the 'Riley' template three days ago. Unfortunately, in 'My templates' I can't find the download option and the purchase is still pending. I paid with PayPal and got a payment confirmation from PayPal - so the payment should be fulfilled Could you help me with that?

Another purchase this day was available right away so I'm wondering why the second purchase is still pending. My username is MaZe01.
