Hi Ciaran,

I am using the Oxygen (J3) template on my J3.6.2 site with the Community Builder plugin (http://www.joomlapolis.com) to display users / membership profiles. The problem is that the users profile page is not rendering correctly (the banner/canvas image gets truncated and profile data fields get squashed) - see attached image.

If I switch to any of the J3 native templates (Protostar or Beez) then the profile page displays correctly, which leads me to suspect the Oxygen template may be the causing a CSS conflict.

Can you suggest any way to track down the conflict?

Unfortunately I can't give you admin access to the site as I'm doing the J2.5.28 to J3.6.2 update on my laptop localhost and the updated site (with the css conflict) isn't on my live server yet. I can upload it if necessary.

Thanks,

Philip.

Hi Philip

Unfortunately it is very difficult for us to troubleshoot without access to a live version of the issue. Could I ask you to get back to us once a live version of the issue is available and we will examine this further.

Hi Ciarán,

I've uploaded a copy of my site to a live server. Can you let me have an email address so I can send you the login details please?

Thanks,

Thank you Philip

To amend try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters...

#content_full {
width: 100%;
}
