When all the articles where uncategorized they worked the way i wanted: in 3 columes.
But i had to add categories to support multilanguages and now things are working weirdly.
I added just 2 categories one french and one english. They both have 4 featured articles.the categories and the articles are assigned to their respective languages but for some reason my main content is now in two columns.
I tried to set up 6 categories. 3 for each language: french, fench2, french3 Hoping this might magically fix it..haha.. And now only the articles in my first category i created "french" show up on the home page.
When i set the artcles back to uncategorized they also don't show up.

I don't mind having the 2 categorizes, i just want my homepage back to 3 columns again.

Ok.. i give up.. i will accept two columns just someone please help me get the right article at the top. I change the order to every which way and it has no effect the article that i what in column 2 is at the top. I'm going to try to just change the text.. i'm certain joomla will read the content decide to reorder it incorrectly again!!

Hello

This wouldn't be a template issue but if you wish you can send temporary administration access to your Joomla installation to info@joomla51.com and we will examine this issue further. For our reference please paste a link to this post in your email.

I suspect your right it's not a template issue. I did in fact copy and paste the content from one article to the other and joomla did not re-arrange them.. so for now, i'm happy.
