Oxygen for Joomla 2.5

I have it set to Content - Side Column A - Side Column B and I can only see one column, but I have menus in both. I had it set to Side Column A - Content - Side Column B and had the same thing. Can only see Side Column B. Not sure what I've done wrong, but haven't changed any thing other than in style and I don't think it should affect it.
