All orders that are not paid for directly after checkout are automatically cancelled. If you still require the template please place a new order for the template.

Please note that issues can arise when making a purchase if you have accessed our site from bestofjoomla.com as this site places all its outbound links within a frame which can cause problems with Paypal. If this is the case may I suggest trying to place a new order by accessing our site directly (http://www.joomla51.com).

Alternatively if you continue to have trouble you can pay the amount directly into our Paypal account (info@joomla51.com) stating the template you wish to purchase in the comments section and we will email your template directly. This is often a work around for any purchasing problems.

My client, Sonia Brown sent the money directly to you by Paypal on Sunday evening with a note requesting the Morpheus template but we have still heard nothing back.

Could this be chased up please?

We had indeed received your clients payment and had sent the template directly to the email address used with the Paypal payment.

Could I ask you to send me a email directly to info@joomla51.com and I will arrange an alternative way to send the template.
