Only one column in 'J51 Icons'

I'm using J51 icons (2.0.7) in combination with the latest Joomla version (3.9.29) and the Elvira template.

When I try to increase the number of columns, I only get one smaller column instead of more columns. Also, the background box is showing no padding at all.

Any thought on what is happening here?
