Offline Logo Image is not showing!! J51_Bianca J4

Hi Ciaran,

Please help in this regard!
My logo image is not showing on the offline page while it was showing before installing J51_Bianca template. It was not an issue at the beginning but now the site owner requested to have it.

I found a similar issue on the forum but did find the solution!

You still have your temporary access from other open cases.

Have you the latest download of the template installed? If yes and the issue is still present, may I suggest sending temporary administration access to your Joomla installation to info@joomla51.com and we will examine this issue further.
