Hi there
I've just purchased the Numbers Module
And after the installation (joomla5) the website is not visible, since i get only this error:
0
Failed opening required '/home/mysite/http://mysite.com/components/com_content/helpers/route.php' (include_path='.::/opt/cpanel/ea-php82/root/usr/share/pear')
Surprisingly, I don't see a customer service on this nice website, so I hope this is the right place to have an answer.
How can i solve the problem?
Thank you in advance
Fab

Hi Fab
May I suggest sending temporary administration access to your Joomla installation to info@joomla51.com and we will examine this issue further. For our reference please paste a link to this post in your email.

Hi Fab
We replied to your email with details of an error message when we attempted to access your Joomla administration.

Hi Ciaran
just sent another email with administration access, checked three times.
Let me know here if something goes wrong.
Thank you...

Thank you Fab
Could I ask you to allow us access to your Extensions Manager so we can try updating your Numbers module.

Hi Ciaran
Done.
I take this opportunity to say: if by chance something goes wrong, there will be no problem changing this extension with another one of yours. I have already bought "news module" and it works fine (err... almost fine... in the overlay option, the underlying image does not appear... if you could fix this too I would be happy)
Fab
P.S. perhaps it is time to explain the "news module" problems better:
- "Item Layout" works in all four Column and Row modes, but does not work in Overlay mode (the nicest), as the underlying image does not appear
- the "button text" never works

Thank you Fab
The Numbers module issue should be now resolved.
Would you have a URL to an example of the issue with the News module?

Hi Ciaran
First of all, thanks to you!
No, the module doesn't work. It seems strange to me that you didn't notice it yourself, since you published the module on the homepage. The site no longer goes down, but the module does not work...
Regarding the problem of the News module, attached is an image with this module in the "overlay" layout as it appears published.
You see only a black background and the text (setting: "overlay text=always display" but you don't see the underlying photo, as you see it in your nice demo page. Nor do you see the display button "read more".
