Hi, I bought Numbers Module for Joomla 4 but it's not showing up.

Module: Version 1.0.4 - 23rd April 2022
CMS: Joomla! 4.2.9 Stable [ Uaminifu ] 14-March-2023 15:00 GMT
PHP Version: 7.4.33

I succesfully installed the package, and I created a module and I tried to put it in varius positions.

If I leave on the setting "show title" I see the title, so the module is there, but I don't see the rest, it's all blank.

Opening the console, there are no errors, but I just discovered that the module is somehow there but "invisible", I put a screenshot of what's happening.

Obviously I changed colors from the module settings.

Thanks in advance.

Best regards.

hello
I would like to know if you need any other data to solve the problem I have presented, I beg you to give me a love because otherwise the purchase I have supported is useless.

Hi Ciaran

First of all, I thank you.
I could still use your help

1. If I update Joomla does your modification get lost?
2. In order not to lose your changes what should I save? Can I backup something?
3. How can you change the background color?
4. How can you format and justify the texts for example by inserting bold effect?

I thank you.

Helllo

1. No, the change was made to your template and will not be affected by a Joomla update.

2. You can backu the changes by copying the ../templates/[YourTemplate]/html/j51_numbers folder. This folder can be pasted in to any template that has this issue (same location).

3. To amend you can add the following custom CSS to your template..

.j51_numbers_item {
background: #2b66ab;
}

4. To make the caption bold you can also add the following..

.j51_number_caption {
font-weight: bold;
}

For details on how to add custom CSS to your template, please contact your template developer.
