Nocturne and j51Hover template change-over

Hi,
I am changing my site over from Oxygen template to Nocturne, unfortunately, I get the following error when I try to load the main website, nothing but this error loads on the page.

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare hex2RGB() (previously declared in /home/gogo1249/public_html/templates/j51_nocturne/php/convert_rgb.php:13) in /home/gogo1249/public_html/modules/mod_j51hover/php/ConvertRGB.php on line 28

If I disable the j51Hover Module then the site works as intended with my jhover buttons removed.
website is: http://www.gosfordpc.com.au/ (currently with Nocturne turned off)
