No menu at all

Dear Sirs,

I had this site running until a year ago when we had issues with hosting. Now I am re-installing your template on another server and am having problems activating the menu. Your installation guide gives the following steps:

[li]Navigate to templates parameters via Extensions → Template Manager [YourTemplate][/li]
[li]Navigate to the Menus section of your templates parameters[/li]
[li]Under the Hornav Menu Settings select the menu you wish to display[/li]
[li]Set the parent menu itemfont color via the Hornav Text Color color chooser[/li]
[li]Set the dropdown background color via Dropdown Background Color color choo[/li]
[li]Click Save to apply your changes[/li]
[/ol]

The problem is that the menu settings in my template manager does not have Hornav Menu settings. So right now my site is without any menus. Kindly come to my aid. I am at a loss!
