no main menu on cashmere in responsive layout

Hi there.

For some reason my main menu does not show on smaller screens / mobiles. I need it to be responsive but now the menu goes away with a small screen. Please have a look here:

    display: none;

}


Is there any particular reason why this CSS was added?
