Nivo-Szaki Slider error

Greetings,
I'm working on a Joomla 2.5.9 site with the Oxygen Template and Nivo-Szaki Slider. http://www.indianart.us As I was copying and pasting text out of a plain text document into Phoca Gallery detail descriptions, the site went down. I called bluehost and they pointed out a slew of error messages in the logs:

[17-Mar-2013 11:44:30 America/Denver] PHP Notice: Undefined variable: folders in /****/****/public_html/modules/mod_nivoslider/tmpl/default.php on line 15


There are dozens of these exact errors listed over the last few days. I can't seem to determine the latest version of the Nivo-Szaki Slider. It's not listed in the JED, as far as I can see. I tried downloading it from the developer's site but couldn't. The version on the site is 1.0.

Bluehost restored the site to yesterday's version, so I lost some data.

Do you have any idea what's going on or what I can do about it?

Hi Hope

I can't imagine how changes in your Phoca Gallery would effect your NivoSlider. A possible solution is to change the NivoSlider to the Autson slideshow currently included with our free Oxygen template (http://www.joomla51.com/templates/j51-oxygen-free-joomla-3-template) which would have similar features to that of the NivoSlider.

If your site happens to go down again could I ask you to contact us so we can examine any issues related to your site going down.

I agree that the changes in Phoca Gallery should not effect NivoSlider. I don't get it.

I have tried three times to download and unzip the new free oxygen template but the Archive Utility freezes every time.

The owners of this site are anxious to launch, so I may not be able to leave it down while I send you log in credentials if this happens again. I will try to replace NivoSlider with Autson Slideshow, hoping to avoid a recurrence. I checked the Vulnerable Extension list and NivoSlider isn't listed.
