NINA THROWS A PRIMARY KEY ISSUE WHEN INSTALLING DEMO

Please see the pic file attached, it shows the error generated as the install falls over just prior to the creation of the admin.

I forgot to mention the issue is happening in MAMP with the Nina Demo Installer but not with a bare Joomla installation.
