Nina- Onepager menu closing onclick event

Hello Ciarán,

I made a page with Nina template. I found that the menu on responsive mobile view only scrolling the page. And the menu stay opened. Is there any solution / function / javascript to close the onepager menu for example with onclick event. Now user need to close it manually after the page scroll for the content.

Hello Ciaran,

In the official template demo there is also available this problem here: https://www.joomla51.com/demo/0173/index.php/features/one-page-website (need to change mobile view in firebug, or check it on mobile).

But in jasmine template its solved, and working very good : https://www.joomla51.com/demo/0164/index.php/features/one-page-website

What is the difference between the templates? I think maybe there is an additional script on onclick in jasmine. But its easier to ask you than start debugging. :)

To amend try adding the following to the Head Custom Code field of your templates parameters (Extensions -> Template Manager -> YourTemplate -> Custom Code -> Head Custom Code)...

       document.querySelector('.mobile-menu')

      .addEventListener('mouseup', (evnt) => {

        evnt.preventDefault();

        drawer.close();

      });

  });

Hello, Ciaran,

Thanks for the suggestion. Tried but unfortunately doesnt close the panel.

I get error from firebug:
Uncaught ReferenceError: drawer is not defined

Finally solved. In j51_nina/js/scripts.js enabled the commented section

( // one page website - close on click
document.querySelector('.mobile-menu')
.addEventListener('mouseup', (evnt) => {
evnt.preventDefault();
drawer.close();
});)

From custom code the script not worked correctly. But in this way it started working. Thanks!
