Is there any possibility in the "J51_LayerSlideshow"
to format the "Slide Title" and the "Slide Caption" (line break)? insert Html-code if necessary?

Unfortunately no. In the "J51_LayerSlideShow module" no formatted text can be entered in the "Slide Caption", no matter with which editor, or without editor.

To amend try installing the attached LayerSlideshow update which should allow you to set safe HTML in the caption field..
