Yes this is the latest release. There have been no updates for the Joomla 3 version of the Nina template since its initial release. Note you can see the changelog for each template via your template downloads.

I want to update my website to joomal 4. I suppose i need nina for joomla 4 but I bought nina for joomla 3 just few months ago...is it possible to have coupon ?
