just bought the template NINA and the same error while trying to install the demo content; Duplicate entry '700-4.0.0-2021-08-17' for key 'eiasa_schemas.PRIMARY'. Deleting the recprd while the installer is running doesn't help. Please advise.

If you refresh the installer page at this point, is the error still displayed or can you complete the install?

I had to reinstall the whole directory because it said that it had installed but when I went to view it, nothing was there.

Since downloading the latest version I try to run the installer and it just hangs after i enter site name and hit continue

Same here. Then I refresh (as mentioned above) and get hopeful and it is denying the password that it suggested itself and I copied to my notepad.

When searching the _users DB there was no user created. Got Bear and he walked me thru adding a temp user to reset. YAY finally got in!

I have the exact same problem, can't install the Nina demo (PHP 7.4 / MYSQL v.5.6).
I get the "Duplicate entry '700-4.0.0-2021-08-17' for key 'PRIMARY'" message and that's it.

Is there a way to fix this?

Just to mention, this issue should be now resolved in the latest download of the Nina Joomla 4 template.
