Nexus - Subscribe

Hi

I have used the Nexus template and have installed a Newsletter Subscribe module.

When I tested the subscribe button it comes up with the following error:
Strict Standards: Only variables should be assigned by reference in /home/retainor/public_html/modules/mod_newsletter_subscriber/mod_newsletter_subscriber.php on line 95
Thank you for subscribing to our magazine.

Please could you let me know procedure to fix this. I'm thinking it is template related as I have used this module before on another website and it worked - but I may be wrong.

Hello

Is the issue present when you try any setting any of the default Joomla templates with your Joomla installation (beez)?

Ahh - I didn't think to test it with another template.
