Been using your templates for awhile, just setup a brandnew updated server, transfered my old joomla sites there, and they work great, but in doing a brand new install with your demo packages Kinvara, and Willow, as a new install, just downloaded new copies of each, all files uploaded ftp just fine as normal, upon the third step in the install process, at the finalization screen, once I select install, I get the message " The most recent request was denied because it contained an invalid security token. Please refresh the page and try again.", I have tried firefox, chrome, and explorer, cleared cache, etc, etc, tried now a dozen times, same issue, any advice or suggestions from anyone ?, also it does not generate the configuration.php file or anything else, just bounces back with above message !

Hello

We have just updated the demo installer for both our Kinvara and Willow template to the latest version of Joomla (v3.9.3). This should hopefully resolve any issues you are having. To obtain simply redownload your templates from the Downloads section.

Hello, thankyou for updating your templates, still did not do the trick, my old server hosted many of my joomla sites, its crashed so just got my new server running thru godaddy, all the latest and a good server, but for some reason, it uploads files fine, it will even create a joomla site thru the server admin using installatron, and it works perfect, but when I ftp your joomla install package/template in, I cannot finish the installer promps, upon finalization, its loads about half way, then a popup window that says "The most recent request was denied because it contained an invalid security token. Please refresh the page and try again.", I have tried about 2 dozen times, I have uploaded my old backup and what to access and view those files and the old site to re-build the new sites, I mostly use your templates, my question, are you guys available for hire to help me figure this joomla issue out or with my server, as it may be the server, or can you recommend anyone that knows joomla ?, thanks for any input..

Hello

Can you check if you get the same issue if you try installing a default download of Joomla on to your server (https://downloads.joomla.org/cms/joomla3)?
