Unfortunately, there have been ongoing support issues with Joomla51 for quite some time now.

As far as I can tell, Ciaran hasn't publicly responded in the forum since August 2025. Several customers have also reported that their emails and support requests are no longer being answered.

Unfortunately, nobody really knows what has happened to Ciaran or Joomla51, and to my knowledge, there hasn't been any official statement.

Since you've purchased the Nina template again but can still only download the older version, I can certainly understand your frustration.

You could try logging out and back in again. If the new version is still missing, your remaining options would be to contact support or possibly request a refund through your payment provider.

I've been using Joomla51 templates for many years myself and have already successfully updated several of them to work natively with Joomla 6, without requiring the "Behaviour – Backward Compatibility 6" plugin.
