There have been no recent updates to the Renovate template itself however I have just updated the demo installer for this template to the latest version of Joomla.

Is there a particular issue you are looking to resolve?

Thank you so much. Yes I was wondering if I could use your demo content and your theme over top of a recent Joomla stand alone installed version?
I want to install the demo because you did such a great job on it. Is there a way to set up a site using the demo content + the theme without needing to ask you to update the demo installer?

I do about 1 new website per month and am now heavily recommending your templates.

Hi Mike

Sorry to say there is no way to load the template demo content into an existing Joomla installation. The demo installer is a copy of Joomla with the default sample data replaced with that of the template demo.

We try to keep demo installers as up to date as possible. In most cases, the demo installer will work without issue regardless of the Joomla version. You can then update Joomla once installed. If there is a template where this is not the case please feel free to contact us immediately and we will address the issue.
