Natalie 4 j4 error 500

Natalie 4 errors on j4 upgrade.
I tried the 4th time this am. This is my procedure:
1. Backup working J3 website
a) database b) files c) mailing list, etc
2. Check that backup is valid
a) Install to bak.website_name b) test it - this is your insurance
3. Install copy for upgrade to J4
a) install to new.website­_name b) test it 4. Upgrade all extensions to J4 compatible
5. ! ! ! Do not upgrade Joomla51 templates until after upgrade to j4
6. Start upgrade to 3.10.x (latest)
7. Let J3 verify templates and extensions
8. Make corrections as needed
9. Upgrade to 3.10.x
10. Backup files & db again as ver 3.10.x
11. Set Error Reporting to “MaxImum”
12. Upgrade to J4
a) Run Joomla Update. Should say “No updates found”
b) Options > “Joomla Next“ from update channel drop-down. Save and close.
c) Check all update conditions are good
d) “Live update” tab, click “Install the update”
e) Wait
f) When done, install Joomla_51 ver 4 template
13. Does it work? No

I can see the Cassiopeia template.
The above procedure works with the layla 4 template.
What am I missing?

Hi Keith

Try firstly deleting your templates HTML folder (../templates/[YourTemplate]/html) and then re-install your template via your extensions manager. Does this help? If not, may I suggest sending temporary administration access to your Joomla installation to info@joomla51.com and we will examine this issue further. For our reference please paste a link to this post in your email.

Hi Keith

Thank you for the access details. Disabling your RokAjaxSearch module appears to have resolved the issue. The error message you are getting implies that this module is not Joomla 4 compatible.

Don't know where RokAjaxSearch came from but I'll be on the alert for it in the future.
