Hi is there anyway to make the header/menu stick so it is visible all the time?

To amend you can add the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters (Extensions -> Templates -> [YourTemplateStyle] -> Custom CSS)....

.is-sticky #container_header {

    -ms-transform: translateY(0%);

    -webkit-transform: translateY(0%);

    transform: translateY(0%);

}
