Nadia Grid Gallery Phone Number Link

I'm using Nadia template for this website...http://hardysinghmd.com/
The 3rd module - Schedule a Visit has a phone number in it. On desktop it displays exactly how I want it. However on the phone, tablet and any mobile device where the phone becomes a link the phone number gets moved out of the text and down with the directions link text. I would like it to stay in the rest of the content.
