my website is not displayed

Hi there,
I have installed the joomla 4,1,0 on a localserver (xampp with php version 8.1.2).
also i download the newest version of "skylar" templates from my account.
but the hompage dosn't displayed. the following error message is displayed - see the attachement
can you help me.

Hello

Also ensure that you are installing the Joomla 4 version of the template as this issue often indicates that you are using the Joomla 3 version of the template.
