Hello Folks,
A J51 Maya template of mine in https://www.cavanmonaghansciencefestival.ie has been Hacked. :(

Does anyone know how to deal with This.....
It was hacked in Joomla 4 I have updated it to Joomla! 5.3.0 Stable...... and the hack persists
I have moved server, and it is still hacked

Thinking of Eraseing and total rebuild . . . . but does anyone know how / Who can fix a Hack?

Check your hosting to see if you can restore the site if you haven't got a older unhacked copy of it via Akeeba Backup. If those things aren't an option Phil from MySites.guru would be my first choice for cleaning your site.

Hi Patrick

Without a backup they can be quite difficult to resolve. Although you may find the offending code adding the banner to your site and changed all passwords. there may still be a backdoor left hidden deep in your codebase.

Thank you, as the site is Up for redesign I decided to with the erase and start again option..... "to be sure to be sure" as they say in theses parts
