Hi Ciaran,
This is my first website.
I chose the willow template for my website of a holiday home. At present I work in localhost.
I have some difficulties: the first is the ability to write my contact information and geo location with the google map, in the footer of the home page , above the copyright, exactly like the willow's demo in the same place "some information".
The second question concerns the custom social icons. I would like to add an icon not present in the Font Awesome. I can put the link but not the icon. IS't possible change an icon, among those present, with another company not present?
Sorry for my english ; - (

Hello

In the 'some information' of our Willow template demo we used a 'Custom' module (Extensions -> Modules -> New -> Custom) placed in the 'base-1a' module position. For a full list of modules positions available in this area of the template you can check out... http://demo.joomla51.com/0134/index.php/features/module-positions

Sorry to say at present this area of the template only supports the FoneAwesome icon set. An alternative solution would be for you to place your icon in a 'Custom' module in the 'header-2' module position (Extensions -> Modules -> New -> Custom).

Thank you very much. In this way I can solve many problems.
Any suggestions on how to insert google maps in the custom module, with geo location of my place?

Hello Paolo,

to embed the google map of your location in a custom module go to Google Maps, add your location and get the correct map.
On left side under your location you find 4 buttons like "save" - "nearby" - "send to smartphone" and the "share" button.
Click on "share".
Google Maps opens a pop up window with two tabs "Share link" and "Emded map".
Click on embed map.
Use the IFRAME code that is shown there and place it in the HTML Code of your custom module (change editor surface to HTML code, in JCE Editor its "toggle editor";).
Be aware that the editor you use allows the HTML code: IFRAME.

In the IFRAME parameters you can find width and height parameters. Change them so the map fits the custom module.

Hope this helps.

Hi Oliver,
thank you so much for your precise details. I'm trying to improve my knowledge
Now I'm trying to use a plugin to customize the map, with several problems for the Google API Key.
