I am looking for a simple template Free / commercialism which is publishable in four languages​​.
Have you such templates or would you design such a set for us?

This is a default feature of Joomla and would be possible with any template you decide with. For details on setting up a multi lingual site may I suggest the following article.. http://docs.joomla.org/Adding_multi-language_support
