Yes our Resonate template can be set up with multi language via Joomla. One small alternation that would be needed with the template is to convert the top menu area to a module position which is detaied in the following forum post.. http://www.joomla51.com/forum/support/commercial-templates/hornav-module-not-visible-in-avenue#627
