Multi language website

I bought the Layla template and I'm testing in the testing environment of my website.
I need multiple language in my website, but I don't know how I can get it working with j51 template.
Can anyone help me with this problem?

My live website is werking correct with multi language: https://www.accordeonfestival.nl
i made an exact copy of the live website so I have now a test website.
My test website with the J51 Layla template in test phase with url: https://www.accordeonfestival.nl/3test2/index.php/nl/

In this test environment when I click on German flag (Left top) then The German home page appears but not the German menu (HORVAV)
Same problem with the English language.

Hoe can I fix this problem?

I have solved the problem, multi language is now working in my test website.
