Hi,
I would like to move the main container for articles and components a little more upward.
Does anyone have a CSS Command for J51-Lifestyle Template.
Thank you very much.

Hi Romeo

Presuming I understand you correctly you can simply remove some of the padding above this area with the following Custom CSS (default 30px - edit to taste)..

.maincontent {
padding-top: 10px;
}

Hi Ciaran,
sorry for misunderstanding. I want to move the position of the whole container not the content within.
best regards,
Romeo

Hi Romeo

Where would you like to move it to? Please post a URL to an example.

Hi ciaran,
thanks for support.
Please have a look at
87.106.243.239/vin/http://index.php/de/
to see what I mean.
Page is under construction. So the credentials for accessing the frontend are:
user: romeo
pass: cyx56789

When you hit "Kontakt" or "Links" you will see what I mean. there is a lot of space between the logo / menu and the main_container. I would like to shift the main_container more upwards that one can see the contact form for instance.
Thank you.
regards,
Romeo

Thank you Romeo

As you have some Custom CSS applied to your template style which if the only style will effect all your pages, may I suggest creating a new template style with this custom CSS removed. You can then apply this style to the pages which you do not want the custom CSS applied. For details on creating multiple template styles may I suggest the following article... http://www.joomla51.com/tutorials/item/creating-multiple-template-styles

Hi Ciaran,
I already have created multi template styles and assigned it to different menus.
I will send an email to your mail adress for giving you access to the backend which I already did before.
May be this helps to understand what I mean.
thank you,
Romeo

Hi Ciaran,
I think that I don't need your support for the issue I mentioned.
I checked it out by myself.
thank you and regards,
Romeo
