I am not sure if I understand you correctly. You would like to link a single news item to a list of items from a particular a category (eg. Category Blog)? If so then I am sorry to say this option is not currently available.

thanks for the answer. To clearify my request (and to be sure that it´s currently not possible with J51-news) here is a link to my site:

On the bottom of the page you e.g.have "recent projects" in the sidebar.
What I would like to do is to the possibility to link to the project-categgory (were the shown news
items come from). Either with a link on the headline ("recent projects" or better an additional link
that leeds to the category.

Here is an example done with the "news-flash-advance" module ("view blog" button on the bottom):

This option is not available with the J51 News module however if it is simply a known link you wish to add, have you considered simply creating a new custom module above/below your new module with the link? Alternatively you can create an override for your news module and add the link to the override?
