Hi,
I would like to use another slider component the BJImage Slider instead of the J51_Slideshow Modul in the Resonate Template.
Although I configured the Slider size 1100x650 pixel the Slider pictures are shown always in the same sizes and no alterations of the configuration works.
Maybe there is a css style for the showcase modul??
Here the link: http://www.goldener-hahn.de/cms/index.php/de

Thanks in advance for your help

Hi Juergen

If you are still using the J51_Slideshow module could I ask you to post a link to an example of the module?

Hi Ciaran,
first of all its not the resonate but the renovate template!!
If using the custom css code
#container_slideshow .wrapper960 {
width: 100%;
}
the pictures in the bjslider are shown correct in height 650px and full screen in width.
Without the custom css code the pictures are cut in height and are not shown as configured 1100x650px. Alterations in configuration for example 1100x850px are copletely ignored.
The J51_slideshow_modul has been deactivated.
Here again the Site without using the custom css code in the template: http://www.goldener-hahn.de/cms/

Thanks

Hi Juergen

I am not familiar with the slideshow you are using so it is hard for me to say for sure. Do your images match the size of yours images? If you change your settings to 1100x850, are you also changing your image dimensions to match? Your slideshow is responsive which usually means yours images should at least be the same ratio as your slideshow settings.

Hi Ciaran,
I decided to use the slider using the additional code as mentioned for the modul position showcase.
Using the responsive ability of the template the showcase modul also works fine with this settings.

Thanks for your help!

Hi Ciaran,

now another small problem occured while creating the logo which should be used on the site.
I tried to use a logo size 275 in width and 250 in height.
The logo is like a cube and should be overlap the slideshow above but the logo will be cut maybe because of the height size??
So my question: can I change the possible logo sizes by css settings???
Here the site: http://www.goldener-hahn.de/cms
Thanks in advance

Hi Juergen

Presuming I understand youi correctly try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters...

.logo_container, h1.logo, h1.logo a {
height: 250px;
}
