Modifying Contact Form - Nadia Template

Is there a way to modify the contact form in the Default Nadia Template but adding additional text fields, above the set 3-4 given? Maybe 1 or 2 extras and maybe perhaps a calendar form?

I would rather not use a 3rd party form field for email inquiries.

Hello

Sorry to say this option will not be available within Joomla until 3.7 (March). The only option available at present is to use 3rd party extension.
