mobile view shifts icon below other icons

Hi Ciaran, using Kodaline and the Module J51_Icons on my site I have problems with mobile/responsive view. If the display width of the device is smaller, icons 4 and 5 slide below Icon 6 (see screen shot attached). The problem seems to be the length of the words or caracters of the Icon description. If there is the same number of lines for each icon description used the whole icon "frame" remains on its position. How can I resolve the problem? Thanks!

Very nice, it works now, thanks! All my data within the (downgraded) icon_module were lost after installing the update. Thank god I had an opened browser that was not refreshed yet. Always make backups!!
