The mobile menu is missing from layla 1.1.7. Checking header I don't see where it should be either.

Hello

On further inspection it appears the issue was related to the combine CSS option in your JCH Optimise extension. Combining the CSS changed the order of some rules, therefore affecting the cascade. Disabling this feature resolved the issue.
