Mobile menu is not working

Hello,

I'm using the J51-Substance template on a website and I can't get the mobile menu working. The "hamburger" doesn't show. Instead the hole menu is shown on the site (see attachment)

I have made a module for the menu in the hornav-mobile position.
I'm using Joomla version 3.8.3
