I'm using the template J51 - Sophia.
The main menu on the top works fine in desktop view.
In mobile view I can't open the main item, if there are sub items. It just shows the sub items.

how can i fix this

many thanks

We have tested on each of the latest versions of Firefox and Chrome without issue.

Hello

We have tried a number of devices and are unfortunately unable to replicate either of these issues. Have you tried clearing your browser cache on both your desktop and mobile devices?

Just to confirm, you are having both issues on the template demo (https://www.joomla51.com/demo/0155/) ?

I have squares on the desktop version - Google chrome
See attachement (squares)

-- 2 --
And on the mobile version I have the problem that I cannot always open the navigation. The navigation just doesn't respond (Android).
See attachement (mobile-menu)

Hello

Maybe I misunderstand your issue or the mobile menu is displayed differently on your device as we do not appear tobe able to replicate any squares. Would you have a screenshot of the squares you are referring to and details of the device you are using?

With the mobile version, I also have the problem that the navigation does not always open.

... when I click on the 3 lines nothing opens.

What could that be?

Thank you for your response. It worked now - great.

Just one more little thing. The navigation now uses squares instead of triangles. can you adjust that somehow?

thank you

Hello

Try a full refresh on your browser to ensure you are loading the latest CSS (CTRL/CMD + F5). That failing, may I suggest sending temporary administration access to your Joomla installation to info@joomla51.com and we will examine this issue further. For our reference please paste a link to this post in your email.

I did the update. The menu is then displayed incorrectly above. Doesn't work on my side.
