In some cases I have an mobile (responsive) menu on my desktop PC. the browser ist adjusted @ 100%

Your template appears to be displaying correctly. The mobile version of the template will be displayed if there is not enough room to accommodate the side column and the content area of your template on the screensize available. One possible solution would be to reduce the wrapper width within the 'Layout Options' tab of your templates parameters until the issue is amended.
