Metropolis template - module class suffix - behind text problem & color change?

Hello Ciarán,

I have a problem with the usage of the module variations. (http://www.joomla51.com/demo/0098/index.php/features/module-variations)
If I add e.g. "icon-arrow" to the module class suffix of my module, it is placing the icon. The problem is that the icon is placed behind the header module text.

- I already tried to hide the header text, but then the icon is hidden too.
- I tried to add the "icon-arrow" to header class instead of the module class suffix, but it didn't work there. (the icon is not even shown)
- I tried to use some Typography (http://www.joomla51.com/demo/0098/index.php/typography) attributes to the module class suffix, but it is not usable.

Can you help me to place the header text correctly right beside the icon?

After the header text is placed correctly right beside the "icon-arrow", how can I change the color of the icon?

Hello

To amend you can add the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters (Extensions -> Templates -> [YourTemplateStyle] -> Custom CSS)...

.icon-arrow .module_header h3, 

.module_icon-arrow .module_header h3 {

    padding-left: 36px !important;

}

.module_header h3 { padding-left: 36px !important; }


Additionally I want to change the color of the "icon-arrow" to { color: #616068 }.

I tried some things, but couldn't figure out where to set it.

Hi Emil

Been one of our older templates, the Metropolis template uses images rather than the more versatile font icons. To edit the color you will need to edit the image directly (https://reislinger-kickers.de/templates/j51_metropolis/images/icons/arrow.png).
