Menu over the whole width if the website

I would like to have a menu over the whole width of the website and not on the righthand side of the logo. Is this possible?
The previous templatebuilder did stop the development of their templates. So i have to 'rebuild' the current website (wilpannemanwebdesign.nl).

Combined with the solution suggested here.. https://www.joomla51.com/forum/how-to-build-sidemenu-s-emani-template, try also adding the following to extend the header to full width..

#header_main.wrapper960 {

    width: 100%;

    padding: 0 1rem;

}
